A tour of your space to get a sense of your style. What is functioning, what is not functioning, what you hope to accomplish, and what your problem areas are; An exchange of preliminary thoughts, ideas and suggestions for a design and style direction, including space layout, the addition of millwork and other architectural elements, furnishings, lighting, art, window coverings, and styling tips. An explanation of the design process, how we work, and what to expect; A discussion of a comfortable budget; and An opportunity to answer your questions.

Designing and building or renovating a home can be a stressful and time-consuming process. Our design service is structured to alleviate as much of this stress as possible. We will not only create a personalized design plan, but also communicate with contractors, tradespeople, and vendors. Through collaboration and site visits, we work to ensure the design plan is executed as intended. Our comprehensive design documentation helps to prevent costly mistakes and delays.  Additionally, we are available to help resolve any issues that may arise.
